Monday lunch


Time for lunch! I've been eating raw veggies for lunch every day. It's working well so far, I am hoping to lose some of this baby belly, yeah it's been 2 years...:)

I'm having an organic baby arugula salad with fresh mushrooms, a plate of baby carrots, cucumber and pears. the kids are having yogurt, cheese, baby carrots, pears and hot dogs..I know I know... gotta work on that, but andrew is a picky eater since having chemo... if it's any consolation, neither of them ate all of the hot dog, but they ate everything else.
